When our friends at Clayton Hops asked if we’d try out one of their exciting new products we said YES PLEASE! This beer has a whole lot of Riwaka which is one of our very favourite varieties as well as this new Thiol Theory

Thiol Theory is a product derived from Sauvignon Blanc grapes which enhances a bunch of tropical type aromatic by some sciency carry on that happens during fermentation, Anyhoo it’s tasty without being too boozy so what’s not to like? Thanks go to Lauren and the Claytons from Clayton Hops!
